[5630] Perfomance Test Engineer

Location: Strasbourg, France - Hybrid (50% remote)

Experience:
* 6+ years in software/hardware performance testing.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong hands-on experience with JMeter is a MUST have for this role
* Solid understanding of the software lifecycle.
* Experience in test strategy, planning, workload design, and defect management.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Comfortable working in an international, multicultural setting.
* Please note that you MUST be eligible for EU Security Clearance in order to be eligible for this job

Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain the performance testing strategy and test plan.
* Develop performance test scripts (JMeter + tools from CSI Technology Portfolio).
* Prepare test data and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests.
* Analyse system metrics (CPU, memory, network, GC, DB) and identify bottlenecks.
* Review results from LoadRunner/monitoring tools and recommend improvements.
* Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
* Establish best practices for performance testing and present performance reports.
